About ShelfPerfect and the role
ShelfPerfect is the eyes on the ground and hands in the store for consumer brands across Southeast Asia. Our network of freelance merchandisers, backed by our own technology and AI tools, keeps brands visible, well placed and in stock — without an in-house field team. We launched in Singapore in January 2026, now cover close to 100% of Singapore's retail universe, and operate in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Thailand.
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to join our Head of Sales in Singapore. You'll fill the funnel, win and onboard local brands in Singapore and Hong Kong, keep our sales engine running, and look after a growing book of clients. It's a hands-on role in a small, fast-moving team.
