Business Development - PT. Indo Riau Perkasa

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify new tender and project opportunities in the oil & gas, energy, marine, and heavy industry sectors.
2. Prepare and compile complete tender documents (administrative, technical, and commercial) in accordance with LPSE, e-procurement, or private tender requirements.
3. Conduct project analysis, including cost estimation, timeline, and required resources in collaboration with the technical team.
4. Build and maintain professional communication and relationships with clients, main contractors, vendors, and relevant authorities.
5. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to ensure proposal readiness and project support.
6. Prepare periodic reports on tender status, business opportunities, and project evaluations for management.
7. Act as the company’s technical and commercial representative in meetings, presentations, or industrial exhibitions.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing Management.
2. At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Tender, or Project Engineering (preferably in oil & gas or industrial maintenance).
3. Strong understanding of government and private tender processes, including LPSE and e-procurement systems.
4. Proficient in preparing and interpreting technical proposals and commercial offers (BoQ, SoW, cost estimation, etc.).
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both clients and principals.
6. Strong market analysis, presentation, and project management abilities.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tender/contract documentation.
8. Target-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
9. Willing to travel for site visits, project meetings, or vendor coordination.
10. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
