Duration: 6 Months
Job Responsibilities
Collect, analyze and clarify business requirements from customers/end users related to Human Resource Management.
Propose business process improvements to optimize operational workflows.
Participate in designing overall and detailed business solutions to address customer requirements.
Prepare business specification documents including SRS, Use Case, User Story and Wireframe.
Act as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (PM, Developers, Testers).
Coordinate with QA/Tester to prepare test cases and support UAT with customers.
Support Project Manager in requirement scope management and business risk assessment.
Conduct end-user training during project implementation.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics or related fields.
2–3 years of Business Analyst experience.
Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong understanding of Human Resource Management processes or HRM/ERP systems with similar modules.
Strong business analysis skills, system thinking and process modeling.
Good documentation, presentation and user training skills.
