What to expect
As the Brand Executive for our Men’s Grooming categories, you will be in charge of overseeing every marketing aspect of the brands under your care. Reporting to the Assistant Brand Manager / Senior Brand Executive, you will be supporting the brand management and development of our flagship brand, GATSBY.
This role is to help our brands gain higher awareness and usage among our consumers, by ensuring that the marketing campaigns are rolled out in a timely manner. At the same time, you will also have the opportunity to better understand the internal workings of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, by being involved in all aspects of brand management.

You will be in charge of:
Brand Management
· Develop campaign communications and run integrated marketing campaigns for assigned brands to drive commercial growth
· Support in developing and implementing marketing initiatives by working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign timelines are met
Digital Marketing
· Content creation for assigned brands’ websites, social media and e-commerce pages
· Analyse website and social media content performances
· Monthly audit of assigned brands’ websites and e-commerce pages
Trade Marketing
· Provide support to sales team for trade marketing needs to enhance store visibility and exposure by creating impactful displays
· Liaising with vendors to ensure timely execution of deliverables
Operations
· Provide operational and administrative support for new product launches, promotional campaigns and other brand communication activities
· Support the execution of brand events (in-store roadshows, PR campaigns and/or consumer pop-up events)
· Prepare documentation for promotional activities
· Execution of sampling activities and promotion giveaways
· Preparation of copy and design briefs for product labels
· Preparation of monthly sales reports
Who we are looking for
· Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications and New Media or other related disciplines
· Fresh graduates are welcome
· 1 to 2 years of experience in product management, formulating marketing strategies and executing marketing campaigns; preferably in the FMCG industry
· 1 to 2 years of experience in events planning and handling the full spectrum of marketing campaigns preferred
· Prior experience working with marketing/brand agencies will be an advantage
· Understands brand marketing, consumer behavior and able to identify market trends using data analytics
· Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising will be an added advantage
· Relevant content creation experience will be an added advantage
· Creative thinker and detail oriented
· Able to work independently and self-motivated
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate multi-tasking abilities
