From travel to twinning, our comfy-chic trekky sandals have walked their way into the hearts (and wardrobes) of thousands. Now we’re ready to level up — and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

We’re hiring a Brand & Ops Executive — a hands-on, detail-loving, multi-tasking gem who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help build the brand from the inside out. You’ll be the go-to support for our Director, managing the heartbeat of our business: retail ops, logistics, product coordination, and vendor relationships.

This role is perfect for someone who may not have years of experience — but is sharp, eager to learn, and excited about being part of a small, fast-moving fashion brand.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be doing a bit of everything — from retail operations to backend systems to product development and manufacturing. We’re a small boutique brand with big dreams, which means you’ll get hands-on experience across all areas of running a fashion e-commerce business.

No two days are the same — and that’s the fun of it. You’ll learn how things really work behind the scenes, and you’ll grow with us as we expand. This is a long-term role, and if we see the potential in you, we’ll invest in your growth and reward you accordingly.

Some of your day-to-day may include:

Supporting the Director in daily operations and planning

Managing our Mandarin Gallery store’s retail operations

Handling backend systems like Shopify, Klaviyo, and POS (we’ll train you!)

Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers for product development

Liaising with fulfilment partners for smooth order processing

Keeping inventory, timelines, and launch checklists in sync

Creating and improving simple SOPs and operational workflows

💡 Who You Are:

You may be a fresh grad or early in your career — experience is a bonus, but not a must

What matters most is your attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn

You’re excited by fashion, retail, or e-commerce — and want to be part of something that’s growing fast

You’re confident, detail-oriented, and love getting things done

You’re tech-friendly and keen to learn tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and inventory systems

You’re a great communicator and a natural team player

You care about doing things well — even the small stuff

Full-time (5-day work week)

Based at our flagship Jaedals store in Mandarin Gallery, Orchard Road

Occasional weekend support during pop-ups or events
