Job Description
- Manage overall daily operations and performance of the assigned restaurant branch.
- Lead and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure sales targets, service quality, food quality, and customer satisfaction are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Control cash, POS, stock, food costs, and wastage.
- Monitor equipment, maintenance, and overall branch readiness.
- Identify operational issues, take corrective action, and report critical issues to the Area Manager.
- Prepare regular branch performance reports.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in QSR operations.
- Experience with McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or equivalent QSR brands is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Must not have previous work experience in Kuwait.
