Sky Leader Freight Logistics is an established international multimodal freight forwarder specializing in comprehensive air, sea, and land logistics solutions. We are expanding our remote workforce and seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper Staff to join our finance team in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities
* Record and process daily financial transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.
* Handle logistical billing entries, verify shipping invoices, and reconcile discrepancies.
* Perform regular bank, credit card, and intercompany account reconciliations.
* Monitor, review, and categorize operational expenses with proper receipt documentation.
* Assist with trial balances, month-end closing procedures, and audit preparations.
* Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents and payment vouchers.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Able to communicate professionally in English.
* 1–3 years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Staff, or Finance Administrator (logistics or freight forwarding experience is a plus).
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and high accuracy.
* Ability to work independently in a 100% remote setting with a stable home internet connection.
