· Objectives of this Role
- In charge of drinks and beverage of 3 distribution channels: MT, GT and Horeca
- Achieve company target / KPI through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
-Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
- Build and maintain customer relations and manage customer database
- Solve problems for customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
- Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization
- Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department. Contribute improvement if needed
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
· Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships, distributors, agents in Vietnam
- Search and exploit more new distributors, sales agents in Vietnam markets.
- Support distributor in new product training program and product introduction
- Monitor and supervise the competition of new products in the market to actively create, improve and expand the market
- Find out information about competitors (prices, policies, programs ...)
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Lead the development of sales training programs
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
- Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
- Regularly visit Key Accounts stores to learn customer behavior, propose Key Accounts solutions to improve sales revenue as well as achieve customer satisfaction.
- Handle well the arising problems and irregularities related to work
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Coordinate with supervisors and managers to come up with business strategies and plans to achieve set targets
- Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors
