Qualifications:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Woman
- Minimum 3 years in the field of Retail / Sales / BEAUTY / SKINCARE
- Minimum Education S1 (Major Pharmaceutical or Chemistry is preferred)
- English is a MUST
- Minimum 6 months working experience in retail cosmetic
- Well groomed
- Strong passion for working in the cosmetics industry
- Willing to work on weekends & public holiday (shifting)
- Proven track record in retail sales
Duties and responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting team
- Outstanding Customer Service priority
- Teamwork oriented
- To promote cosmetic and skincare product
- Possess positive attitude with a customer service mindset
- High driven sales & target oriented
- Assisting with inventory management and control
- Inform how to use the product
- Inform the product range that should be used
- Able to achieve sales targets that have been set
- Record stock and sales data
- Able to Grow the Beauty section
- Having experience in the field of beauty or hair (is a plus).
- Able to communicate well
- Mastering product knowledge, products to sell
- Able to explain the functions and advantages of the product
