Job Details & Requirements
Commitment: Able to commit a minimum of 1 year or more. This is a FULL-TIME PERMANENT JOB.
Availability: Must be able to work on public holidays & weekends.
Schedule: 5.5days/week, close at 11pm
Experience: 1-2yr F&B experience is preferred.
Work Environment: Must be able to hold up under pressure during busy hours.
Key Responsibilities
The role is diverse and involves all aspects of shop operation:
Making bingsu, drinks, and breads.
Cashiering and excellent customer service.
Cleaning and maintaining shop hygiene.
Replenishing stocks and managing stock inventory.
Other Ad hoc duties as required.

The Barista / Bingsu / Cafe Crew position at our Orchard location is essential to maintaining the high standards of service and quality that our customers expect. Key responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of beverages such as coffee, bingsu, and other specialty drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and supporting the overall operations of the café. The role also involves assisting with inventory management, restocking supplies, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Candidates for this position should have completed SMP (Secondary School) education and possess between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry. Strong customer service skills, a collaborative team spirit, and prior experience in a beverage shop or coffee shop setting are highly valued.
