BARISTA WANTED | BUBA TEA PROJECT – UBUD

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at our new Buba Tea location in Ubud.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a barista in a café or coffee shop is required

• Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation

• Good conversational English

• Friendly and confident communication with guests

• Able to work well under pressure during busy hours

• Responsible, organized and attentive to details

• Clean and professional approach to work

• Ideally based in Ubud or nearby Gianyar, as our new location will be based in the Ubud area

• Able to move to Canggu for training and internship before the opening

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee and beverages according to our standards

• Maintain consistent quality and presentation

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests

• Follow recipes, portions and preparation standards

• Keep the bar and working area clean and organized

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
