Job description for Barber at We Are Sultans

Job Description for Barbers:

Ensure adherence to company service manual to ensure highest quality of barbering standards for both haircuts, beard trims and shaves
Determine customers’ needs through casual conversations and recommend suitable service and merchandise, help them to make decision what to purchase
Recommend merchandise based on customers’ requirement & preference
Cross sell or up sell products and packages as and when there is an opportunity, provide sufficient information on various service and product features
Direct customers to counters or display shelves for merchandise they required
Uphold service standards by ensuring high level of excellent customer service
Actively assist customers in the shop, be attentive and take the initiation to help at all times
Assist in replenishing of stock and tidying of shelves
Report to the Outlet IC and perform all tasks assigned by them
Maintains cleanliness, neatness and tidiness of workstation
Keeps up with the latest barbering trends and techniques
