Job description for Backend Engineer at Delman.io
We are looking for a Backend/Data Engineer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, build a data pipeline, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. A basic understanding of front-end and data engineer technologies is therefore necessary as well.
- Minimal 1 years of experience as a Backend Engineer
- Proficient with Flask or Python frameworks, Java, And SQL
- Knowledge in other programming language is a plus
- Experience in implementing and optimizing data pipeline (Data Engineers)
- Code Versioning with Git
- Familiar with Google Cloud Platform Environment (BigQuery, GCS)
- Bash Scripting
- Linux environment
- Understand Software Design Pattern
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies
- Embrace uncertainty and use it as an opportunity to learn
- Good initiative and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Agile and sprint planning
