Role Description
The Baby Food Shopkeeper role is a full-time, on-site position located in Pedungan, Denpasar Selatan.
The role involves assisting walk-in customers with good product knowledge, solution and services.
Qualifications
- Women, max 30 years old
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust and maintain effective communication with customers by chat and in-person
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to resolve client issues effectively and professionally
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative when needed
- Prior experience in a customer service role or related field is an advantage
