Job description for B2G Business Development Officer at PT Arutala Digital Inovasi
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Own the sales target of the company
- Continuously deal-sourcing new opportunities for the company.
- Follow up and make sure that deals happen between Arutala and its prospectus.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Create and manage external communication using our official channel such as Instagram, newsletters, facebook fan-page, LinkedIn page.
- Handle communication with clients, or stakeholders if necessary
- You have a diploma/degree level education (preferable but not limited to computer science, management & business)
- You can make sure that the deal happens with our corporate clients.
- Proven work experience as a sales & business development with a track record of handling corporate deals valued at more than 100 Million IDR for Junior roles and more than 1 Billion IDR for the Senior roles.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to track and report periodic sales activity with multiple clients, and handle the aftersales.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Understand the engineering industry, heavy equipment or information technology will be preferred.
