Job description for B2B Sales Manager at PT. SCI eCommerce Indonesia
- Identify B2B business channel opportunities by assessing prospective clients
- Search and analyze B2B client leads
- Conduct market research by analyzing competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.
- Actively approach targeted clients using various channels
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing supportive information and guidance Review product assortment and offerings to ensure that it is in line with the company's strategy
- Suggest improvements and/or innovations by analyzing current industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience in e-commerce, retail (e.g. Indomaret, Alfamart, etc.), and/or FMCG industry
- Excellent skills in B2B sales and negotiation
- Preferably candidate with strong connection & network to main distributors and brands
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
- Passionate in the e-commerce industry
