Job description for Associate Service Delivery Manager at VisionTech Pte. Ltd.
Executing the end-to-end management of all project planning, implementation & review activities
assigned by the management. Detailed activities include:
• Supports the manager in working, liaising and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (Management, Clients, DevOps, HR, Finance, Sales, Business Development) involved to establish good working relationships.
• During implementation stage, execute project delivery in accordance to plan. Participate inroposal stage, including detailed activities, schedule, milestones, resources and cost estimation.Support and uphold the project goals, objectives and deliverables agreed by the management with various stakeholders.
• During implementation stage, execute project delivery in accordance to plan. Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to gain alignment, and assist in setting of deadline, assigning resources, and providing periodic progress status report.
• Support activities that happen due to scope changes, issues and risks that affect implementation and work closely with clients, developers and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation.
• Develop in-depth understanding of Tech (blockchain, AI/ML, Cybersecurity) industry’s best practices and procedures to ensure evolution and betterment of the service delivery department.
