We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, top performer to join a fast-paced, high-performing team of Associate Consultant.
As an Associate Consultant, you'll be responsible for attracting candidates with the opportunity your client have and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. Associate Consultant need to gain a good understanding of client's recruitment needs and requirements. You will also be responsible to help the end to end recruitment process, to assist client companies.
You're the vital link between clients and candidates. Associate Consultant is very different with HR, TA or internal recruiter, instead doing it with psychological approach, Associate Consultant will use sales techniques and networking to attract potential talents for our hiring partners.
Key Responsibilities Include
Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently.
Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward.
Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
Partnering with our Sales counterparts to ensure our marketplace is successful.
Minimum 6 months experience working within sales activity
Minimum of bachelor or vocational degree, and/or equivalent
High EQ and ability to adapt with technology and people
Must have a passion and committed for sales processes
Must be solution and process-oriented
Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
Recruitment consultant experience would be preferred
We are an in-office culture. Flexibility is fine, but most people in our business team work Monday - Friday 9-6 and are available on weekends when need be to support candidate needs (but we won't abuse your weekends)
