Job description for Associate Project Manager at VisionTech Pte. Ltd.
Primarily and overall responsible for the end-to-end management of all project planning, implementation & review activities. Detailed activities include:
· Functions as the key point of contact for working, liaising and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (Management, Clients, DevOps, HR, Finance, Sales, Business Development) involved to establish good working relationships.
· Develop project plan, with support from different departments, during proposal stage, including detailed activities, schedule, milestones, resources and cost estimation. Work with various stakeholders to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables.
· During implementation stage, manage project delivery in accordance to plan. Management to be done by conducting effective and efficient meetings with key stakeholders to gain alignment, drive action items and milestones towards completion, including setting of dateline, assigning of resources and approval of expenses, and provide periodic progress status report.
· Drive project discipline to document scope changes, issues and risks that affect implementation and work with closely with clients, developers and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation.
