Job description for Associate Curriculum Developer (Freelance) at Metropolitan YMCA Singapore
The Continuing Education and Enrichment department within the Metropolitan YMCA is looking for an experienced Associate Curriculum Developer to work on several curriculum development projects on a contract basis. It is important for the developer to be able to map its intended curriculum to the various Skills Framework and assist the department in securing the ATO status.
This opportunity is suitable for professionals who are interested in serving the needs of the community that the Association is engaging and being part of the Vision 2025.
Job Description
- Responsible for for the design, development, implementation, assessment and evaluation of both WSQ and non-WSQ curriculum and instructional materials in the following areas -
- Problem Solving
- Communication and Teamwork
- Project Management
- Leadership and Management
- Able to map the curriculum to the various Skills Framework
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course content
- Conduct feedback reviews with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness of the curriculum and instructional materials, and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- ACTA/ACLP/DDDLP/DACE certification
- At least 2 years of experience in WSQ curriculum design, development and successful accreditation with SSG
- Has a network of various subject matter of experts
- Able to commit, manage and deliver projects within 4-6 months
- Able to work independently and responsibly
