Assistant Project Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager located in Jakarta Selatan. The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling project activities to ensure the project is completed according to the agreed schedule, quality standards, and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing, scheduling, and controlling project activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure project activities are carried out according to the agreed timeline
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding project requirements and activities
- Assist in monitoring project scope, quality, budget, and potential project risks
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and other project-related administrative documents
- Follow up on project tasks and deliverables to ensure they are completed according to the agreed timeline
- Identify and report project issues, delays, or potential risks to the Project Manager
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day project activities and resolving operational issues
- Monitor the performance and progress of project team members and provide updates to the Project Manager
- Ensure all project instructions, policies, and procedures are properly implemented
- Support the Project Manager in preparing project meetings, presentations, progress reports, and project evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science, Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Administration, or a related position
- Experience in handling IT projects is preferred
- Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other project stakeholders
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
