Hiring: Assistant Trainers for Peak Period Short-Term IMDA Project (14–22 October)
No experience needed | Guaranteed Pay | Training Provided
We are looking for freelance trainers (with or without experience) to join us for a 7-day IMDA project running from 14th to 22nd October 2026, daily from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (excluding weekends), with a 56 hours mandatory training to be completed before 14th October 2026.
Key Details:
Commitment: Full 7-day availability from 14–22 October (excluding weekends). Full 7 training days flexi but mandatory to complete before 14th October (we have 4-hour block training to pick daily).
Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM daily on 14-22nd October. While training is flexi from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Rate: $1,500 guaranteed, regardless of deployment in or outside office
If deployed after 2:00 PM, we will top up the difference based on peak period trainer rates.
Rate: Additional $18 per hour if you are deployed as Main Trainer during 8AM to 2PM.
Location: Ubi (office) OR islandwide schools. Final deployment location will be confirmed closer to the date. If you are not deployed to school, you will be in our office during the hours mentioned.
Requirements:
1. Able to commit to all 7 work days (14th to 22nd October) + 7 training days (56 hours). Applicants who can commit to at least 5 days will also be considered.
2. Punctual and responsible
3. Training materials and guidance will be provided
4. Mandatory training will be provided to you
5. Main Trainer role requires a Diploma OR A Levels, or an Assistant role will be automatically be assigned to you
6. Have a VALID MOE IRS registered (we will assist you if you do not have it)
7. Locals and valid pass holders only
