To expand our business, we are looking for an Assistant to Managing Director
- Provide administrative support such as paper works, arrange meeting and take minutes, car and accommodation arrangement, air tickets, hotel, etc.;
- Assist Director closely with daily operation, including translating Vietnamese documents into English;
- Overview research for real estate market including database, competitors reports;
- Reading & summarizing articles;
- Liaise and cooperate with all departments for keeping good relation;
- Check documents before submitting for approval, manage papers and documents in safety and confidentiality;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Female, 22 - 25 years old
- Having 1-2 years of working experience (in any field)
- Active, friendly & outgoing since this position will need to work with many departments.
