Job description for Assistant Support for Country Manager (Mandarin speaking) at Pt Tencent Technology Indonesia
WeTV is a high-growth product of Tencent Video. We are looking for a versatile and agile talent to assist in a detailed processes of the execution to connect between WeTV countries as well as our Headquarters in China.
What You Will Do in WeTV
- Arrange and process documents into system
- Coordinate and monitor any progress or bottleneck in the process and take actions accordingly
- Ensure proper data submission are in-line with the standardization
- Build a good communication with stakeholders in regards to the job scope
- Initiate a work-around to issues identified in the system and process
What We Would Like to See in You
- Two or three years of experience in a position related to administration or compliance
- Fluent in mandarin for both writing and speaking (preferably HSK 6 or HSK 5 certification)
- Experience working in a Chinese companies or Chinese culture is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Meticulous, high attention to details, and high integrity
