Job description for Assistant Project Coordinator at PT Tradecorp Indonesia
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage Document Tender & Pra qualification technical support
• Assist to project coordiantor monitoring and controlling activities in the Site, operation, and administration activities
• Good communication, data analysis, & reporting
• Assist and problem solving the Company’s day to day field operations
• Effectively help project coordiantor to manage team staff in site area through providing positive leadership
• Assist to identify and Manage any issue/risk of the project.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Expert in modification container, Dry container, Portacamp and Reefer container will be an advantage
• Must Excellent In English (Spoken & Written)
• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, has enthusiasm to learn business process, leadership skill.
• Candidate must have a through understanding SAFETY REGULATION PROCESS
• Responsible for determining the application and compliance with all applicable federal & local laws regulation
• Good Interpersonal skill, Good Commitment, Honest, and able work as team.
• Experience with handle PROJECT & SITE
• Able work under pressure
• Has analytical and strategic mindset
