The Role
We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Assistant Producer to join our growing team and help produce engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:
- Support the Producer with day-to-day content production, including AI-assisted content.
- Research Singapore news, current affairs, lifestyle topics and trending conversations.
- Develop ideas for short-form videos, street interviews and social media content.
- Assist with scripting, interview questions and content planning.
- Support the full production process from pre-production to filming and editing.
- Help out during shoots, including handling cameras, smartphones and audio equipment.
- Help to edit short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Create simple graphics using Canva.
- Keep up with social media trends and understand what engages Singapore audiences.
- Review basic content performance and suggest ways to improve future videos.
Who We’re Looking ForYou may be a good fit if you:
- Enjoy TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and social media content.
- Have a strong interest in Singapore news, trends and current affairs.
- Have good storytelling and communication skills.
- Are comfortable using CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
- Have basic knowledge of cameras, smartphones and filming.
- Can work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Are curious, creative, responsible and willing to learn.
- Are comfortable speaking with members of the public during interviews.
Good to Have
- Experience creating TikTok, Reels or short-form videos.
- Knowledge of Capcut, Canva or other editing software.
- Experience with street interviews, events or social media management.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese for Chinese-language content is an advantage.
