Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) - Palembang

This role serves as a communication liaison between the General Manager and clients, vendors, and partners in Mandarin. The position involves translation, administrative support, and coordination across multiple languages and departments.

Key responsibilities

1. Act as communication bridge between General Manager with clients, vendors, and partners in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English
2. Translate documents, emails, reports, and conversations in both written and oral form (Mandarin)
3. Accompany GM in meetings, business trips, and negotiations with relevant parties
4. Assist with scheduling, appointments, business travel arrangements, and GM administrative needs
5. Create meeting minutes and follow up on ongoing tasks and deadlines
6. Coordinate between departments to ensure effective operations
7. Maintain confidentiality of company data and management information
8. Handle administrative work and other ad hoc tasks from GM

Qualification

1. Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor degree from related field
2. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and/or Indonesian in both spoken and written form
3. Minimum 1–3 years experience as Assistant, Translator, Executive Assistant, or related position is a plus
4. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
5. Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and able to work under pressure
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
7. Willing to work mobile and follow GM work schedule
8. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
9. Willing to undertake business travel when required
