Assistant Manager Finance

Job Overview

The Finance Assistant Manager oversees and governs Eezee's day-to-day finance operations. This role holds accountability for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the work produced by the finance team. The Finance Assistant Manager reviews, checks, and approves outputs at every stage of the Record-to-Report cycle, ensuring financial integrity is maintained from transaction level through to reporting. This is a supervisory role for someone who leads through oversight, builds team capability, and is ready to grow into a full Finance Manager.

This role reports to: Finance Manager / CFO

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the team's execution of financial operations including accounts payable and receivable processes review and approve invoices, payments, and collection activities.

· Maintaining the "Record-to-Report" (RTR) cycle, ensuring that every financial transaction is accurately captured, classified, and reconciled to protect the integrity of the company's financial statements.

· Monitor cash flow and manage working capital requirements

· Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls

· Prepare, analyze, and present timely and accurate financial reports and statements

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies

· Coordinate with HR department for payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.

· Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other stakeholders

· Supervise, guide, and develop junior finance team members

· Assist the Finance Manager with strategic financial projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Tugas utama meliputi pengelolaan anggaran, analisis keuangan, pengendalian biaya, penyusunan laporan keuangan, serta koordinasi dengan tim internal dan eksternal. Selain itu, posisi ini juga bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan akurasi data keuangan, menjalankan audit internal, dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Posisi ini tersedia dalam model kerja hybrid. Kandidat harus memiliki gelar S1 dan memiliki pengalaman antara 5 hingga 10 tahun di bidang keuangan. Kemampuan dalam pengendalian biaya, peramalan keuangan, kerja sama tim, penggunaan Microsoft Excel, akuntansi, analisis keuangan, manajemen anggaran, manajemen keuangan, dan audit internal sangat diperlukan.
