Job description for Asisten Keuangan at PT LIMA PILAR RESOURCES

Job Descriptions:

• Mengelola kas kecil (petty cash) dan mencatat transaksi keuangan harian.

• Membuat, memeriksa, dan mengarsipkan faktur, kuitansi, serta dokumen keuangan.

• Mengatur administrasi kantor, termasuk surat-menyurat dan pengarsipan dokumen.

• Membantu penyusunan laporan keuangan bulanan dan persiapan data pajak.

• Memantau dan menyusun kebutuhan operasional kantor (seperti ATK).

Job Qualifications:

• Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 bidang Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau Administrasi Perkantoran.

• Pengalaman kerja minimal 3-5 tahun di bidang administrasi/keuangan (lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar).

• Menguasai Microsoft Office, wajib mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, rumus dasar).

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, jujur, teliti, dan disiplin tinggi.

• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun di dalam tim.

• Memahami administrasi SDM (Absensi dan Payroll)
