Job description for Artifical Intelligence Product Lead at Cushiejobs

The candidate should be familiar with the current state-of-the-art technologies in Artificial Intelligence (AI), broad understanding of the AI ecosystem and have experience in managing/developing AI Products that have been operationalised/commercialised.
Key Responsibilities
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners (both demand and supply side).
- Lead the development of product positioning strategies and business model with the objective of translation into viable business solutions for the industries in order to help them achieve new business potentials.
- Translate product strategy into detailed a Product Requirement Document (PRD) which details the business requirements from the industries, proliferation approach to the industries, as well as the technical product roadmap, in order to serve as the blueprint for downstream product development.
- Manage the Product Lifecycle from concept, design, prototyping, testing, cost, promotion, support and product end-of-life, through working closely with the Tech-Engineering team and external technology solution providers.
- Ensure the adoption and propagation objectives of the product are met by managing and implementing activities to promote mindshare, etc.
- Manage IP agreements whenever required for product development, including the development and negotiation of commercial agreements, NDAs, transfer/licensing agreements, etc.
Requirements
- background in engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics or equivalent.
- 5 or more years of experience in digital/data/AI product ownership/management roles with demonstrated abilities to drive product adoption and create mindshare for the product.
- Strong technical knowledge in AI, particularly in computer vision, speech, other forms of media analytics, and big data analytics with at least 5 years of experience as an AI Practitioner (experience can range from AI R&D to AI implementation).
- Good understanding of the latest research and technologies in AI
- Good understanding of the AI ecosystem from both demand-side as well as supply side, particularly the local scene.
- Experience in large-scale technology development and commercial partnerships, project and vendor management
- Team player with the ability to work in a cross functional team across multiple organisations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audience
