Your Role
We are looking for Art Directors to work on creative projects from the start to completion. You are the overall sign-off on the appearance of the final product. You are required to have the ability to champion and sell your creative work. You are also required to actively evolve design strategies that promote excellence and be the point of contact for work moving through the creative studio.
You are required to be a natural visual thinker, ready to expand your skillsets and learn from the senior creatives. You are required to have the urge of creativity, drive for imagination and multidisciplinary capability across all digital media platforms.
You are to be proactive in your approach and be resourceful when it comes to the ideation of a design. You are required to be confident to share and sell your ideas to the management and clients. You are also required to be strategic in your thinking.
Requirements
• Smart and articulate.
• Ability to lead and inspire team members.
• Ability to talk about your work persuasively, and able to critique others and elevate their work.
• Passionate about design, and enjoy doing interesting and strategic work.
• Polished at typography and have a variety of design skills.
• Capable of working in various mediums, from digital and print, to animation and video.
• Fully conversant in Adobe CS and relevant software.
• Ability to contribute engaging ideas, practical strategy, compelling imagination to new pitches.
• In touch with pop culture, media and design trends.
• Ability to meet deadlines, allocate work, practise good self-organisation, able to oversee progress of projects.
• Proactive in your work attitude.
• Attentive to detail.
• Open to learning and sharing with other creatives.
• Ability to get along with colleagues, and contribute positively to DSTNCT culture.
