- Determine how best to represent a concept visually and which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
- Develop the overall look or style of a platform interface, publication, an advertising campaign across the medium
- Manage graphic designers, set and exhibit designers, or other design staff
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
- Develop detailed budgets and timelines
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Bachelor Degree of fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
- 3 years as a professional Grapic Designer or 1 year as SPV/managing team
- Preferably experienced in Marketing/Creative Agency
- Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping
- Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production
