Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Melakukan pengadaan obat
- Melakukan skrining resep
- Melakukan pembuatan, penyerahan dan pemberian informasi obat (compounding & dispensing)
- Konseling pasien
- Bertanggung jawab atas penerimaan obat dan memastikan obat dari PBF memiliki kualitas yang terjamin
- Melakukan pengendalian stock, mengawasi dan menjamin ketersediaan obat
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki Pengalaman Min 2 Tahun di IFRS/ apotek.
- Disiplin dan Memiliki tanggung jawab yang tinggi
- Memiliki STRA aktif dan sertifikat kompetensi
- Bersedia bekerja dihari libur
- Mampu bekerja Shift
- Penempatan untuk di Surabaya
