Job description for Analis Pusat Operasi Keamanan (SOC) L1 at PT Clarus Innovace Teknologi
Requirement :
- Education: Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Computer Science or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in SOC or IT is a plus
- Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cybersecurity
- Familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall, antivirus, endpoint detection, proxy, and tools (UBA, EDR, XDR)
- Ability to read and analyze logs & alerts, and perform initial incident triage
- Understanding of incident response basics, documentation, and escalation
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, Powershell) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work 24/7, including weekends and on-call
- Having security certifications (Security+, CSA, CEH, etc.)
Job Description:
- Monitor security events from SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall, antivirus, EDR/XDR, proxy, and other tools
- Analyze logs & alerts to detect suspicious activity or incidents
- Perform initial triage and incident response, escalate to L2/L3 if necessary
- Document incidents, investigations, and actions taken
- Support the development and enhancement of SOC incident response capabilities
- Ensure the operational systems of SOC run smoothly
