Job description for Airport Baggage Handling Assistant at Evergence Pte. Ltd.
Job details:
📍 Location: Changi Airport Terminal 2/3
📅 Estimated Duration: 6 months (Start date: 1 Oct) 1 day training in Sep (Date TBC)
💰 Rate: $12 per hour
👕 Attire: Polo Tee (provided), with black/dark blue pants & safety shoes
🕒 Shift timings: 9am-9pm/9pm-9am (11 hours working shift with 1 hour unpaid break)
🏢 Work is mainly indoors within airport operational areas.
Job Scope:
- Handling passenger baggage and luggage
- Moving luggage from arrival belts and odd-size baggage areas
- Loading luggage onto belts and designated locations
- Making sure every bag matches a passenger travelling on the flight
Requirements:
- Comfortable with performing manual baggage handling duties.
- Able to lift and move luggage weighing up to approximately 30–40kg.
- Comfortable working in an airport operational environment.
- Able to pass Airport security clearance (Airport Pass will be applied)
A one time claim of $40 will be reimbursed for safety shoes. Receipt must be provided.
