As an AI product manager in our company, you will be at the forefront of Gen-AI-powered product development. You will be responsible to define what to build, why to build it, and how to measure its success. You will act as the bridge between business, technology, and users, ensuring that every product decision creates value for both the company and its customers. Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to gain deep understanding of user pain points
- Define product vision and build roadmap that effectively aligns with the vision, balancing short-term win and long-term delivery, while leveraging latest global developments on Gen-AI space
- Facilitate multi-team collaboration with multiple stakeholders, across business, design, technology, data, and operation
- Build Product Requirement Document (PRD) that serves as single-source-of-truth in product development cycle
- Define & track the right success metrics that will act as north star that aligns teams toward a single objective of achieving a successful product launch
Qualifications:
- Age between 22–30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or equivalent in any relevant field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management within a technology company
- Direct experience in managing AI-powered products is highly advantageous
- Strong end-to-end product management capability
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
- Excellent structured thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
