We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to develop, integrate, and deploy AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and Machine Learning applications.
- Build LLM-powered applications using Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Vector Databases.
- Develop backend services and integrate AI solutions through APIs and microservices.
- Work with databases and cloud platforms to support scalable AI applications.
- Apply DevOps/MLOps practices to ensure reliable deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or ML applications.
- Experience in backend development, API integration, and microservices.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, plus CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps/MLOps practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Pulomas, East Jakarta.
Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical initiatives is a plus.
