Job description for AI Engineer at PT Godigi Prima Satya
We’re looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys building things from the ground up.
You’ll be working on AI agents, LLM workflows, RAG systems, automation, and backend infrastructure that power real-world products. We want someone who’s comfortable exploring new ideas, shipping fast, and solving messy engineering problems.
What You’ll Do
- Build AI systems from scratch and turn ideas into production-ready products.
- Develop AI agents that can reason, use tools, and handle multi-step tasks.
- Create RAG pipelines, memory systems, and workflow orchestration.
- Connect LLMs with APIs, databases, and external services.
- Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Work closely with the product team to experiment and ship quickly.
- Help shape the overall AI architecture and engineering direction.
- Stay up to date with the fast-moving AI ecosystem and bring in new ideas when useful.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience with real production projects.
- Strong Python skills and solid backend engineering fundamentals.
- Experience building and deploying AI or LLM-based applications.
- Familiar with AI agents, tool calling, RAG, and orchestration workflows.
- Comfortable working with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with frameworks/tools like LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, MCP, or similar is a plus.
- Able to work independently and figure things out without needing step-by-step guidance.
- Good engineering judgment and practical problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with OpenClaw, OpenHands, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Experience running local/self-hosted models.
- Familiar with Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL, or async backend systems.
- Understanding of AI security, sandboxing, or prompt injection risks.
- Previously built AI automation tools, copilots, or autonomous workflows.
