- Location: Hai Ba Trung, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
- Time: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM | Monday - Friday

We are looking for a Creative Designer (mid-level) who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “click”, with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:
_Roles & Responsibilities_
- Liaising with Account team to determine Client's requirements.
- Designing Client proposals from typesetting through to design, print, and production.
- Working with Clients, briefing & advising them about proposal style, format, print production & timescales.
- Developing graphics and layouts for product illustrations with advice from Art Director
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on the agreed brief.
- Reviewing final layouts with Art Director and suggesting improvements if required.
- Liaising with external printers regularly to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
- Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.

1. Qualifications and Training Required:
- Advertising and marketing communications.
- Art/Fine Arts/Media arts.
- Visual communication and design.
- Print and digital media management.

2. Key Skills:
- Being proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign… and other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- 2-3 years of experience in advertising agencies.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools is a strong advantage.
- Good prompt-writing skills and ability to leverage AI effectively in the creative process.
- Proactive in exploring, testing, and adopting new AI tools to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency.
- A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints.
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Proven competence in design and image processing software.
- Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be a team player.
- Professionalism, integrity & transparency.
Last but not least, you should have a positive and can-do attitude, be level-headed, dependable, and calm under pressure; capable of winning the respect and trust of Clients.
