The Sales Representative and After-Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on energy products and services, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, following up on service requests, and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will also support the sales team by offering technical assistance and maintaining accurate records of all client interactions.
