Job description for Advertising and Promotion Assistant Manager at PT. Niaga Aneka Mode
- Responsible for all planning, organizing, and implementing the overall advertising and promotion team activities according to company policies.
- Develop and evaluate advertising and promotion program that have been carried out to establish brand awareness, brand positioning and brand image
- Controlling the effectiveness of planning advertising and promotion programs to fit the company's budget
- Manage campaign activities on stores and social media, provide the latest information such as event, design, promotion, etc
- Build relation with external parties including the media, tenants and influencers to create a strong network
- Bachelor Degree of Communication/Design Communication/Graphic Design/Public Relation/Fashion Business
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position or field relatable (fashion retail)
- Familiar with social media, advertising platform and graphic design application
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Have strong analytical skills towards advertising and promotion.
- Professional proficiency in English
- Able to give direction and encourage team members to achieve the team’s mission
- Willing to be placed in Head Office (Surabaya
