Job Description:
- Running Ads on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Google Search, Google Display and youtube Ads
- Testing and finding winning campign & winning crative on facebook, instagram, google, tiktok, and youtube ads.
- conduct testing & optimization to continously improve customer journey conversion performance (conversion rate optimization)
- provide, execute, and coordinate ideas with other divisions to achive the target that have been determined.
- help the team collect and process the data into decisions.
- running ads that have mutually agreed upon in the team, and preparing reports for discussion to optimize the again.
Requirements:
- have experience in advertising at least spend 5 million rupiah on ads
- initiatve person
- have good self-leadership
- aggressive in delivering and executing marketing ideas
- passion in digital marketing and always trying various things to get opitimal advertising results.
- have the ability to coorditante in a team in terms of ececuting ideas
- willing to be placed in bandung
- willingness to be better, fast learner, not easily satified, and always open for feedback
