Job description for Ads Specialist at PT Maja Estetika Sejahtera
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure target ROI is achieved.
- Develop weekly/monthly advertising content production plans and material requirements, based on campaign objectives and conversion rate targets.
- Develop campaign strategies based on objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Conduct daily monitoring, optimization, and A/B testing of ad performance.
- Collaborate with Creative, Social Media, and E-commerce teams to develop ad materials.
- Analyze ad performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform updates.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Ads or Performance Marketing Specialist.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and/or marketplace ads.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, pixel tracking, and basic analytics.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the beauty or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Willing to be placed at Kawasan Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
