Job description for Ads and Marketplace Specialist at PT. Jeikei Retail Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

Manage and optimize official stores on marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada

Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)

Monitor product performance, pricing, and competitors

Manage marketplace campaigns, promotions, and flash sales

Ensure product availability, accurate pricing, and proper categorization

Monitor store ratings, reviews, and customer feedback

2. Digital Marketing

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and TikTok

Manage social media marketing campaigns on Instagram and Facebook

Optimize campaigns to improve traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS)

Coordinate with creative teams for campaign visuals and promotional materials

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics

Monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, sales, and advertising performance

Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sales and marketing activities

Provide insights and recommendations for improvement

4. Campaign & Sales Optimization

Plan and execute online promotional campaigns and seasonal sales

Identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve customer experience

Stay updated with marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and new marketing tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field

2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital marketing

Hands-on experience managing stores on major marketplaces

Experience running paid ads and digital campaigns

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with marketplace ads (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, etc.)

Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization

Experience working with e-commerce dashboards and analytics tools

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
