About the Role:
We're looking for an organized and friendly HR Admin to help keep our HR processes running smoothly in a fast-moving IT consulting environment. You'll be handling employee records, helping out with hiring, assisting the director activities, and making sure everything’s in place for our project teams to work efficiently.
What You'll Do:
• Manage employee-related administrative tasks, including records and documentation.
• Assist in recruitment end-to-end processes.
• Assist project teams with HR-related needs like contract workers and staffing updates.
• Answer admin-related questions from employees in a clear and helpful way.
• Assisting the director during client visits and meetings.
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or similar.
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply (1 year experience as HR Admin or similar role is plus).
• Good understanding of basic HR processes.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft and various HR and admin tools on a daily basis.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a project-based setup.
• Friendly communication skills and a willingness to help others.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor rules.
[This role is based onsite in Tangerang, with the flexibility to visit client offices from time to time when needed.]
