The Administrative Intern will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day office operations, managing documents, preparing reports, and supporting various administrative tasks in the Business Development department. Key responsibilities include maintaining records, coordinating internal and external communications, assisting with projects, and ensuring that all office procedures run efficiently. The intern will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in processes while contributing to the overall success of the team. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any field and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Google Docs. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Fluency in English is required, as this position involves frequent communication with both local and international teams.
