We are EZPZ Jakarta, an expat service that all expats need. Our services are stay permit (VISA, KITAS, KITAP), company establishment (PT PMA) finding accommodation (house/apartment rent), providing Bahasa Indonesia Lesson, Expat Buddy (personal assistant to help expat get settled faster here, like showing groceries place, best cafes/resto, hospital, furniture, help expat to use a must have applications on mobile while in Indonesia, etc), and other services which intend to make expats' life easier to relocate or to get settled faster in Jakarta.
We are looking for a sharp administrator to provide leadership support and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. A successful administrator should be committed to facilitating smooth, efficient office operations by planning carefully, anticipating needs, and providing responsive, reliable assistance. You should be adaptable, proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented. This position is temporary (2 months contract).
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
- Organizing meetings and and interviews
- Recruiting candidates for our services
- Answering to clients messages and emails as needed
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies
- Diploma / Bachelor degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar area
- Able to speak English (at least basic)
- Strong multitasking abilities (HR and Accounting)
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (English & Bahasa)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Well organized, proactive / initiative and detail oriented
- We are looking for a temporary position (2 months) only.
