We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Administrative Assistant to provide executive support, coordinate office administration, and support the company’s day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and executive support to management and the wider team.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
Manage emails, correspondence, phone calls, visitors, and general enquiries professionally.
Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, presentations, meeting notes, and other business materials.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, company records, employee documentation, and confidential information.
Support employee administration, including interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, leave records, and general HR coordination.
Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, expense claims, purchasing, and basic administrative record-keeping.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers, manage office supplies, and follow up on deliveries and service arrangements.
Support the organization of company meetings, events, visitors, couriers, and general office activities.
Track administrative tasks and deadlines to ensure timely follow-up and smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with other administrative and coordination duties as required.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role is preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Calendar, and Drive.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
