Membuat surat, laporan, invoice, quotation, dan dokumen administrasi lainnya.

Menjawab telepon, email, dan pesan dari pelanggan atau mitra bisnis.

Mengatur jadwal meeting, agenda, dan kebutuhan operasional kantor.

Mengelola dokumen masuk dan keluar.

Membantu proses pembelian kebutuhan operasional kantor.

Berkoordinasi dengan divisi lain untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional.

Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
