Job description for Admin Sales Marketplace at Lander Accessories Indonesia

Tujuan Posisi :
Mendukung operasional marketplace agar berjalan dengan lancar dan menjadi support utama Sales Marketplace dalam mencapai target penjualan online, pengembangan toko, serta peningkatan pendapatan perusahaan.

Jobdesc :

  1. Membalas chat customer dan memberikan pelayanan yang cepat, ramah, serta informatif.
  2. Mengelola pesanan marketplace mulai dari pengecekan order, pencetakan resi, koordinasi pengiriman, hingga memastikan pesanan diproses tepat waktu.
  3. Melakukan input dan update data produk, harga, promosi, serta memastikan informasi dan stok produk selalu akurat.
  4. Membantu pelaksanaan aktivitas marketplace seperti campaign, voucher, flash sale, dan program promosi lainnya sesuai arahan Sales Marketplace.
  5. Membuat laporan penjualan, pesanan, dan stok barang secara rutin untuk mendukung evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan.
  6. Membantu kebutuhan operasional dan administrasi marketplace lainnya guna mendukung pencapaian target penjualan dan pengembangan toko online.
  7. Melayani customer yang datang ke office untuk pembelian barang secara langsung.

Kualifikasi

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 jursan apa saja.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Admin Marketplace, Admin Online Shop, Customer Service Online, atau posisi sejenis lebih disukai.
  3. Terbiasa menggunakan marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, atau platform e-commerce lainnya.
  4. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel atau Google Spreadsheet.
  5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan berorientasi pada pelayanan customer.
  6. Teliti, cekatan, dan mampu bekerja dengan target maupun deadline.
  7. Memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaan.
  8. Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim serta mendukung kebutuhan operasional dan pengembangan marketplace.
